Yano Boiler assists Shanghai Special Inspection Institute in conducting water volume measurement training for the steam boiler industry

Recently, in order to standardize and develop water volume measurement standards for the steam boiler industry, Shanghai Special Equipment Supervision and Inspection Technology Research Institute, together with Huangpu, Xuhui, Changning, Jing'an, Putuo, Hongkou, Yangpu, Minhang, Baoshan, Jiading, Pudong New Area, Jinshan, Songjiang, Qingpu, Fengxian, Chongming and other special equipment supervision and inspection institutes in their respective jurisdictions, conducted on-site discussions and training at the headquarters building and workshop of Shanghai Yano Boiler Manufacturing Co., Ltd. located in Jiading District.

During the training, the Special Inspection Institute used the Yano Boiler LNE series as the on-site training machine, and based on the TSG Special Equipment Safety Technical Specification issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation in 2020, injected clean water into the boiler body to the steam outlet, emptied the injected water into a water container, and placed it on a weighing instrument verified by relevant institutions to determine the corresponding water volume unit. After multiple on-site observations, the attendees' impression of the practical steps was further strengthened.

After the training, Mr. Xu Mingtang, the General Manager of Shanghai Yano Boiler Co., Ltd., accompanied relevant personnel from the Special Inspection Institute to visit the factory production area and provided explanations on the current production and product specifications of the enterprise. He also showcased Yano's new LNY ultra-low nitrogen gas condensing tube steam boiler in detail, which was unanimously recognized by the attendees.
